Helping Older People To Live Independently in Seacroft
Partners & Funders
SFN works to improve the health, wellbeing and quality of life of older people in Leeds14. We do this by creating opportunities for the over 60’s to remain independent and remain socially involved with their local community.
We are a registered charity and rely upon donations and grants to allow us to continue working in this way.
In October 2019, Leeds City Council awarded us a 5 year contract, with the possibility of further extensions which contributes significantly to meeting our running costs.
The remaining funds needed are raised through generating income (charging for services and activities), through fundraising and donations and from grant giving bodies.
