Who We Are & Our Team

Seacroft Friends and Neighbours is a local charity based in Seacroft, East Leeds, West Yorkshire.

We came about through the merger of two smaller well established charities (both registered 25+ years ago)

Seacroft Friends and Neighbours aims to reduce loneliness and isolation of older people living predominately in Leeds 14, as well as improving the quality of their lives by enabling them to live independently, safely and healthily.

We do this through Practical, Educational and Emotional enablement!
